Think you know what your homes worth? Think again
July 8th, 2011I am sometimes tempted to roll my eyes when I hear people talk about how much a home is worth based upon statistical data such as price per square foot or assessed property values. Sellers, Buyers and realtors alike, we are all guilty of using this data as a true indication of what a home is worth.
